Q&A with Cristina!

Hello lovlies! Sorry I haven't been consistent in my posts much this month, I just got back to school! But its been a great year so far. So something very exciting happened. I did a Q&A with Cristina Tridente, the director of the absolutely stunning Couture+Love+Madness. I asked her the questions I thought you guys would like to hear, about style and a new fashion year of 2015. Make sure to check out her website and her beautiful gowns.

IN ONE WORD DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE

Classic with a twist.

WHO IS YOUR STYLE ICON

I love Blake Lively, she always looks so immaculately dressed.

WHAT TREND/STYLE COMEBACKS ARE YOU EXCITED TO SEE IN 2015

The midi skirt, a great staple in any woman's wardrobe!

WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO START YOUR COUTURE BUSINESS

Barbie, she has been my style icon since age 5.

WAS IT HARD BREAKING INTO THE FASHION INDUSTRY

All creative industries are hard to break in to, its about being adaptable, I have done many jobs/free work/placements over the last few years to get to where I am now.

WHAT FASHION/COUTURE BUSINESS GOALS HAVE YOU SET YOURSELF FOR 2015

I am showcasing my latest collection "Silk Road" at the Qingdao International Fashion Festival in China this April, this is my main focus at the moment alongside preparation for the 2015 Adelaide Fashion Festival in October.

Fashion Icons...

Yesterday, my friends and I who share the same appreciation for fashion as I do, went to Fashion Icons at the Art Gallery of South Australia to see Fashion Icons. The exhibition is straight from Paris, a world exclusive to Adelaide. Featuring a many famous designers including Givenchy, Christian Dior and Chanel.

The way fashion trends adapted to the era was fantastic. From the 40s to current day the evolution never stops. The hem lines to the shoulder pads to the tiny waist girdles, how designers tested the boundaries by adding this features in an ensemble was all for good reasons.

Afterwards, we went to Base, for pizza and pork sliders, as we contemplated our favourite outfits.

Overall, the exhibition was amazing. Each gown stunning with a story. I definitely recommend going before its over. I came out with a new understanding of style and trend. Below are some pictures from Fashion Icons and Base! Have a beautiful day while the weathers warm - Kisses Hannah

New Found Tea Enthusiast

Hi again everyone! What a week its been, I've only had my blog for a month and all ready its had just over 700 views! I can't thank you enough for making me feel this special! Anyway, recently I've found a new love, who warms my belly and is the perfect companion with a piece of cake... you guessed it, its tea! Chai tea to be exact. It's nothing to exotic, but this year I'm willing to "test the tea boundaries" ;). I'm thinking of trying out the Skinny Me Teatox, I've heard great reviews about it so that might be a thought for later on in the year. Tell me what you think about it either in the Instagram comments or Tweet me! Have a fantastic week and may your Monday be short - Kisses Hannah

Are you ready for 2015?

Wowee, its 2015! A new buzz of positivity and fresh starts are in the air. Its been a while since I have blogged but this year I'll get fully into the swing of things with regular posts and recommendation, maybe even a youtube channel. But for now I have come across the most spectacular of things which is the Pure Tan Coconut Body Creme, Coconut Body Scrub and 100% Coconut Oil. If you couldn't tell already my new summer obsession is anything to do with coconuts. These babies have done wonders for my skin, my skin felt so much more hydrated after the first use. You can buy the beloved trio here . Wishing you all the best for 2015 - Kisses Hannah
